The Greensward Crown Point

Project Details

Witech Excavating was proud to partner with Fleming Realty on The Greensward, a new 144-acre residential development in Crown Point, Indiana. The project includes 54 spacious lots across three phases, marking our first collaboration with Fleming Realty.

Witech was awarded the earthwork portion of the project, completing 45,000 cubic yards of topsoil stripping followed by 90,000 cubic yards of site cut-to-fill. Through efficient planning and execution, our team completed the mass grading ahead of schedule, allowing utility contractors to begin work sooner than anticipated.

Once utilities and asphalt/curb installation are complete, Witech will return to fine grade and backfill curbs, preparing the site for home construction.
