Witech was hired to perform mass excavation for the next phase of The Gates of St. John, preparing 110 house pads for new residential development. The team faced a unique challenge with the site’s flat layout and lack of water outfall, necessitating swift progress during favorable weather conditions. Leveraging teamwork and expertise, Witech's field crew worked seamlessly, utilizing quadtrac tractors and pans to address drainage concerns and meet the project’s demands. The result was a successful project delivered ahead of schedule, with 48,000 CY of topsoil excavated, 13,000 CY of non-structural fill placed, and 32,000 CY of site cut/structural fill completed. The project earned high praise from the client, reflecting Witech’s commitment to excellence.
