Witech’s scope includes 130,000 CY of topsoil excavation, 110,000 CY of site cut to fill, 120,000 CY of borrow to fill, 120,000 CY of fill borrow, 20,000 CY of topsoil respread, and 342,900 SY of fine grading. The project required strategic planning due to a creek bisecting the site within a floodplain, which prohibited crossing between the north and south halves. Additionally, two active pipelines running along the south side of the creek required the installation of specialized equipment crossings. Through careful coordination and detailed planning, Witech efficiently balanced the site while maintaining environmental compliance and safety. Utilities are now being installed, with paving scheduled for spring completion.
