Mike Frederick

With a strong background in management and sales, Mike transitioned into the heavy construction industry after 16 successful years in his previous career. He joined Witech as a Project Manager, eager to bring his leadership experience to a fast-growing company. His responsibilities include managing projects from pre-construction meetings through final walkthroughs, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the company's high standards.

Mike enjoys the tangible results of his work, likening it to being "a big kid in the sandbox," watching vacant land transform into fully realized projects. His passion for the industry is paired with a commitment to constant learning and growth. One of his biggest projects to date is managing the construction of a 1.2 million sq. ft. cold storage facility in Crown Point, IN.

Known for his strong communication skills and dedication to quality, Mike is an asset to the Witech team. He appreciates working for a company that values its employees and operates with integrity. His favorite piece of equipment? The MTS Quad Track, a machine he finds fascinating.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, golfing, and duck hunting. He also has a passion for woodworking, often building tables or refinishing furniture. For over a decade, he has led worship by playing the drums at his church. Guided by his faith, family values, and a strong work ethic instilled by his parents, Mike strives to live a life of honesty and loyalty, always aiming to make his loved ones proud.
