Jeff Eldridge

As estimator and project manager, Jeff Eldridge is responsible for project estimating and management, documentation, scheduling and contract negotiations and review. Thanks to his attention to detail and a comprehensive background that enables him to understand equipment utilization for accurate job estimates, this Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois has won several bids on large highway, airport, and site development projects.

After earning a BS in Civil Engineering at Iowa State University, Jeff began his career as a civil engineer at the Illinois Department of Transportation, working primarily in the construction department. He then supervised construction projects for various general contractors before becoming an estimator and project manager.

Experienced in site development, landfill, water treatment plants, wetlands, reservoir projects, subdivisions, highway and airport work, Jeff finds it gratifying to see a project through from initial estimate to completion.

Preferring to grow with a small company than continue being “just one of hundreds of employees” at a large corporation, Jeff was hired at Witech in 2018, where he appreciates down-to-earth owners who care about their employees, clients and subcontractors.

Married for more than 30 years, with three adult children, Jeff is an outdoorsman who enjoys camping, hiking, canoeing, fishing, and outdoor photography.
