The project encompasses grading and earthwork for 144 single-family lots and 19 townhome buildings, along with associated roadways, easements, and pond areas. Our team is responsible for tree clearing and grubbing, mass excavation, final subgrade preparation, and topsoil placement to create a stable, well-prepared foundation for residential construction.
The scope of work includes stripping and stockpiling topsoil, building house pads, grading front and rear yard easements, preparing roadway subgrades with structural clay, and redistributing topsoil in pond and easement areas.
