Project Details

Witech Excavating is providing full site development services for the 81-acre Hudson Pointe subdivision in Oswego, Illinois. The project encompasses grading and earthwork for 144 single-family lots and 19 townhome buildings, along with associated roadways, easements, and pond areas. Our team is responsible for tree clearing and grubbing, mass excavation, final subgrade preparation, and topsoil placement to create a stable, well-prepared foundation for residential construction.

The scope of work includes stripping and stockpiling topsoil, building house pads, grading front and rear yard easements, preparing roadway subgrades with structural clay, and redistributing topsoil in pond and easement areas. With precise grading and efficient site management, Witech ensures all areas are prepared to meet Lennar Corporation’s specifications.
